Shipping policy

All shipping is calculated based on weight and location. If your order is damaged upon receiving it, please reach out to support@naturallow.com with your order number and pictures of the product that arrived damaged. Although it does not happen often, sometimes UPS/USPS will lose packages or deliver to the wrong address. We are not responsible for lost packages once we scan and drop them off to UPS/USPS, but please reach out to support@naturallow.com and we will see what we can do to work with you and make things right.

Orders are shipped via UPS/USPS in the order in which they are received. Average order processing/fulfillment time is 1-3 business days, but can vary depending on volume of orders. Tracking will be provided once the order has been shipped.
